In August of 2007 a local Tehachapi resident, Mrs. Socorro Schmidt, witnessed emergency response (or rather lack thereof) by Hall Ambulance Service to a neighbor’s residence. As a concerned citizen, Mrs. Schmidt wrote a letter to the Tehachapi City Council informing them of the untimely response.
