In response to numerous complaints regarding various individuals and organizations involved in the operation of the existing hospital and in the construction and financing of thc new hospital, the County Services and Special Districts Committee (Committee of the 2007-2008 Kenn County Grand Jury conducted numerous inteviews, both by telephone and in-person, to obtain information concerning the issues at Tehachapi Valley
